Today, we are talking about something as simple as it is profound – the art of staying hydrated. Grab your favorite water bottle and let's dive into why this habit is a game-changer for your well-being.

 

Your body is like a well-oiled machine, and I like to think of water as its magical secret sauce.

 

From the moment you wake up to the time you end your day, your body is working tirelessly to keep everything running smoothly.

And what's the fuel that keeps the engine running? Water.  

Just think of what would happen to our mother earth if it never rained!

What would happen to your plants if you don’t water them? 

 

Our body must be replenished with water all day to thrive!

 

I’m going to give you some numbers here… our bodies are over 65 percent water… our bones are about 22 percent, our muscles are about 76 percent and blood is 83 percent.

And believe it or not, our lungs are 90 percent, and our brains are actually 95 percent water.!!!

 

 

So many people complain of brain fog or the inability to focus…. Most of the time that can all be alleviated with water!

 

Is it a good idea to start drinking a ton of water every day if it is not something you have been doing? NO!

 

You don’t want to overwhelm your kidneys! It’s best to start slowly and work yourself up to several glasses a day. Keep a water bottle with you and just sip it all day long.
